With larger fragile items we may use Mainfreight Precision Ltd. They are not general carriers but carry bulky fragile items and offer a next day service to most of the North Island and a 2 day service to most urban areas in the South Island. Please allow an extra 48 hrs for rural delivery.
For items under 25kg including fragile items, are sent by Ipec/Toll Couriers which are overnight and 48 hours to the South Island. Add an extra $5 per parcel and 24/48 hours for rural deliveries. Please ask us for a quote on freight if you are not sure.
Insurance: All goods are carried at owners risk and insurance is a hard one because usually the claim has to be more then $250 before Insurance companies will honour claims? However shake the parcel/item if it rattles be suspicious and open and check the item before signing for it? Some claims do go through if we can prove it was done in transit.

Payment can also be made at time of pick up. We do prefer pick up and you will be able to have a look around our showroom (warehouse) which is at 2 Goodman Place, Penrose (Just along the road from Mt Smart Stadium).

Our hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday and Saturday 9.30am to 1.30pm.
