Product Description:
The TP13 (round tube) and TP13S(square tube) Smart Electric Heated Towel Rails are modern, wall-mounted towel warmers that combine efficient heating with a sleek, contemporary design. Available in two widths (500mm and 600mm), they offer flexible wiring (left or right), optional plug-in or hardwired installation, and six levels of heat control (P1–P6). A built-in timer allows you to select between 2H–8H or continuous operation. These energy-efficient rails heat quickly to 40–70°C and can support up to 25 kg of towels.

Intended Use:
For indoor use in bathrooms, toilets, or bedrooms. Designed to warm and dry towels while reducing dampness and enhancing user comfort.

Durability:
Constructed from corrosion-resistant stainless steel with electroplated surface. Designed for a service life of 15 years under normal household conditions.

Installation Requirements:

• Wall-mounted

• Available in plug-in or hardwired versions

• Wiring can be configured from the left or right side

• Must be installed by a licensed electrician if hardwired

• Installation must comply with NZ Building Code and Electrical Code of Practice

Maintenance Requirements:

• Clean with a soft cloth and mild detergent

• Do not use abrasive or acidic cleaners

• Periodically inspect mounting hardware and wiring connections
